Choosing the Right Incentive

July 2nd, 2008 admin Posted in Case Histories | 1 Comment »

I was consulting with a national book company last year, and they made a very big mistake with their Christmas incentives the previous year. The human resource director gave all 200 employees the same watch. The watch was marketed as a unisex watch. No one was happy with the selection – the women thought the watch was too big and the men thought it was too small. The result was no one wore the watch. This is not the result that you want from an incentive program.

A perfect incentive program would ensure that everyone receives a benefit. Our job is to provide you with efficient solutions and strategies to make that happen.
